How do I register for Study Smart?
Just click on the “register” button from the main site and follow the instructions on each screen. You will need an email address as part of the process.
How do I view my Instructor’s website?
You can view your teacher’s websites by using the “Instructors” drop down menu on your calendar or my going to the “My Sites” link on the top left corner of the page.
How do I view my Instructor’s calendar?
Before you can view your instructor’s calendar you need to link to them. Do this by completing your profile in full including your status as “student”, your school and select the teachers in your school. Only the instructors from your school who are registered in Study Smart will appear in this list.
How do I find my password if I forget it or lose it?
On the log in page, there is an option to recover your password by selecting the “lost password” link. Just complete your email address or user name and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.
How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile page, scroll down to the bottom. When done click Update Profile. We recommend you do this the first time you complete your Profile and to choose something that is easy to remember.
My instructor(s) is not showing on my calendar. Why?
When you first registered and completed your profile, you were only able to select the instructors that were already registered on Study Smart. If other instructors signed on after you did, you need to go back to your profile and reselect your school and the instructors that are missing. You can select as many instructors as you want however you are limited to one school per Studysmart account.
I have more than one instructor and I want to set a default Instructor so that I am directed to their web site at login. How do I do that?
Log in and go click My Sites in the upper left of the screen. Choose your Primary Site from the dropdown list and click Save Changes. You must log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
