Diane Montgomery is a Learning and Development Professional with over 20 years experience in managing people, training, mentoring, career development and performance management in the financial services industry and educational organizations. She has led the design, development and delivery of practical, cost-effective, live and virtual learning solutions for organizations of over 80,000 people. These included virtual career fairs, workshops, e-learning courses, inclusive group mentoring programs, cognitive training and youth leadership programs. She has earned a reputation for executing with excellence and identifying the potential in individuals regardless of their learning differences.
In addition to obtaining an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, she received certifications in Training and Development, Cognitive Training, Teaching Effectiveness and Project Management.
Diane has a passion for developing others especially individuals with invisible learning disabilities. As such she is the Director of Study Smart, a non-profit organization that brings teachers and parents together to help students succeed. She also volunteers with other non-profit organizations with similar missions combining her interests in Tae Kwon Do and virtual learning.
Diane co-founded Montgomery Learning Solutions to identify and support the growth and potential of all types of learners. Her mission is to partner with organizations and individuals to deliver solutions that make learning easier and development more rewarding for students.
